Futuro Brillante engages in environmental conservation through a variety of programs including community recycling, reforestation, trash clean-ups, and environmental education.

In partnership with the Santa Cruz Public Police Force, Futuro Brillante led the initiative to form a Matapalo Community Security group officially certified by the Costa Rican Ministry of Security in 2019. Volunteer community members work together with the Police to address safety and security issues in our community.
