Thanks to the generosity of the students, parents and teachers of Costa Rica International Academy, Futuro Brillante was able to donate 43 school supply packets and new shoes to children from low-income households in Matapalo.
Funds from CRIA were also used to purchase a complete set of textbooks for all 185 students at the Matapalo elementary school. The funds are raised through CRIA’s annual Read-a-Thon event.
