We regularly receive students from local schools in the community garden. The children have the opportunity to learn how to make fertilizer and organic repellent with basil, how to plant seeds of different plants with coconut substrate, and how to make planters with recycled bottles. The visit also aims to teach students about sustainable planting techniques and hydroponics and the production of natural food, with the idea that the children can apply the principles in their school and home.
The first visit was the children of 1st grade of La Paz School and the 5th grade of the same school followed. The youngest ones also visited us, CEN CINAI de Matapalo and recently we received the children of 2nd and 1st grade of CRIA.
